Kauffmann 100% Polish goosedown duvet

This Polish goose down duvet has a wonderfully soft 100% cotton batiste cover. 

Warmth without weight - the 13.5Tog is only 296g/m² and the 4.5 Tog only 52g/m².

The cover is 100% batiste cotton, 346 thread count and very soft. 

The goose down, which comes from free-range geese, is hand-sorted and hand-filled into the duvets and pillows in finely-measured quantities.

The duvet is suitable for allergy sufferers as the cover is tightly woven and provides an effective barrier against dust mites, which are the principal cause of dust allergies.  They carry the NOMITE logo, confirming they are suitable for people who suffer from house dust allergies*.

The filling conforms to European standards EN12934:1999 assuring the purity of the down.

The cover has a cassette construction to keep the down spread evenly in use. The size of the cassette is carefully designed and varies depending on the thickness.  The baffle wall between each cassette increases with the Tog of the duvet to allow the down to expand and create exceptional loft – this also ensures there are no cold spots.

The duvet edges are piped.
