How do I get a refund?

I am sure that you'll love the products that I have selected for i love my. However if you are not delighted, then you may return the goods within 1 month of purchase and we will offer you an exchange.

We may also offer, at our discretion, a full refund, if the goods are returned to us unused and in perfect condition, with the original packaging.

Bedding from i love my is sold with care instructions. Please follow these carefully as we cannot exchange or refund products if they have been damaged by laundering.

If the products you are returning are faulty in any way or if we have inadvertently shipped you the wrong goods, we will refund the cost of the original delivery to you and the return postage. In all other cases you will need to pay for the postage. We advise you to obtain proof of posting because we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

To make a return please contact us by e-mail at info@ilovemyduvet.co.uk or telephone +44 (0) 870 013 1680 and we will provide full instructions including the return address. Call us 9.00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday .

It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:

Customer name
Order number
Date of the order

We will refund the cost of the item once we've received the item back.
