We will only refund the cost of the item after we've received the item back and checked it for resale or faults. Once we have done this we will issue a refund back to your Credit Card. (Switch Cards: There can sometimes be a small delay while your bank credits your account). Please include a contact number as we may need to contact you for your Credit Card details. If you paid by cheque we will post a check to the address you gave when you set-up your account.
