Delivery Options and Charges

Goods are normally dispatched within 72 hours. (Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.) If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Christmas and New Year 2009/10

We aim to help make your Christmas and New Year an enjoyable time of year! This page outlines our Christmas and New Year opening hours and explains when we will be shipping your orders.

Christmas Deliveries In order to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas (and provided those goods are in stock) please place your orders by the following time (for deliveries to UK Mainland):
For duvets, pillows and mattress protectors by 9am on Friday 18th December 2009.
For linens by noon on Wednesday 16th December 2008.

We close our distribution centre at noon on Friday 18th December 2008 until 8am on Monday 4th January 2010. Any orders placed during this period will be shipped out as soon as possible in January 2009.

For orders of £75 and over to a single address in the UK mainland, delivery is free. For orders under £75 we charge a standard rate of £4.95 per order for each delivery address. Delivery is normally within 7 days.  Northern Ireland is counted as UK.

'next' day UK delivery

Sometimes you need something right away! If you order by noon we can ship to most UK destinations in 1-2 days. This service costs a little bit extra at £9.95 per order per delivery address. This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays and orders placed on Friday before noon, for overnight delivery, will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday (excludes highlands & islands UK, and Northern Ireland).

Saturday UK delivery

If you'd like your order shipped on a Friday to arrive with you on Saturday morning we can provide this service at £25 per order (excludes highlands & islands UK, and Northern Ireland).

Shipping for international orders will be charged at cost. The delivery time will vary on this.

The cost depends on the size of the parcel, rather than the weight, so we have two charges, one for a standard pack (e.g. one duvet) and one for a large pack (two duvets, or one duvet and two pillows, or one duvet plus bed linens) 

Zone 2 includes: Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Czech Replublic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

We close our customer service centre at 5pm on Friday 18th December 2008 and reopen at 9am on Monday 4th January 2009. However email queries will be answered throughout the holiday period.
