Bedding from i love my is sold with care instructions. Please follow these carefully as we cannot exchange or refund products if they have been damaged by laundering.

If the products you are returning are faulty in any way or if we have inadvertently shipped you the wrong goods, we will refund the cost of the original delivery to you and the return postage. In all other cases you will need to pay for the postage. We advise you to obtain proof of posting because we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

We will inform you by e-mail that your return has been processed. You will receive your refund or exchange order within 2-3 weeks of returning the goods back to us.
