The details of your order will be sent to our warehouse. Once they've packaged your order and sent it out, we'll send you another email to let you know that it's on its way.

We have a number of warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may be shipped in separate deliveries.  If this is the case you will receive an email to confirm each separate delivery. Please note; we do not charge your credit card until the goods are shipped - each delivery with be charged separately, although you will only pay one delivery charge (if you have not qualified for free delivery).
