Once you have placed an order with us, you may track its progress online. Simply log in to your account and click on 'my account' below the left hand menu. You'll see your order details and the status of these orders. The status will be one of the following: Pending - We have the order but haven't started to process it. You can cancel the order when this status is shown. Processing - We are processing your order. Your order might be at any point between us sending the order to the warehouse and the warehouse being ready to dispatch it. Shipped - We have dispatched your order. You'll receive an e-mail confirming this. Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled by either you or us. |
